I think it is more of an obligation if you have been growing it for many years, perhaps from pieces taken from previous homes, and especially if it came from your ancestors. Garden center plants are nice too of course. Big box plants are okay, but more expendable. They are factory grown anyway.
I agree! It is definitely an obligation to look after the plants that have been passed along from others, or those brought from other homes or special places. There is an emotional attachment there, absolutely.
Very pretty! 🌺💐🌼💕
I couldn’t resist! 🙂
Of course you have! Poor lonely plant needing a home! 😀
I feel badly that I didn’t bring the whole tray home…. 😉
😀
Mooi en ik snap nog altijd niet dat mensen planten laten verkommeren en geen water of voedsel geven
I should say so
It would be very wrong not to!
Begonias have a tendency to run after me too! Love the bright colours.

I agree – I can’t pass them up!
Couldn’t agree more! A begonia followed me home, too, this year and has been more than earning its place in my garden!
They don’t ask for much – they’re a great plant! 🙂
Haha! I look for strays too.
I can’t help myself…. 🙂

Absolutely! 🙂
I love that we all seem to agree – that makes me so happy!
💕
I think if a plant follows you home it’s a Triffid & you should run!
I laughed so hard when I read this! Yes, you’re absolutely right!
I wonder how many will get that?
Glad to share a smile Sheryl & I loved the movie too!
