Gotta love spring in Alberta!
This morning’s view of the crabapple tree near the front steps as I headed out to work:
And this afternoon’s lovely vignette of a chokecherry tree in the yard:
What a difference just a few hours make in this exasperating and exhilarating season!
I like thinking about the cool snow as we are having record-breaking heat with highs of 96.
It’s crazy! It’s been unseasonably cold here in the BC Okanagan, although no snow at gardener level. I’ve never seen the garden so far behind!
All I can manage is WOW! 2 days ago here, turtlenecks and sweatshirts in the 30s f, today a real feel of 84.
