Flowery music.

Okay, here’s something silly and fun. I originally posted a version of this way back in 2018, and updated it a year later, but I think it’s worth hauling this post out of the mothballs just because I had a blast compiling all the suggestions. Let’s come up with songs that have “flowery” subjects in the titles!  It’s a chance to hear some tunes we haven’t in a long while, or some we perhaps don’t know….

THE RULES: Songs must have a variation of the words “garden” or “flower,” or the name of a specific flower, vegetable, fruit etc. in the TITLE.  (Not in the lyrics).  Otherwise, everything and anything goes (well, except the really offensive stuff – let’s keep this above board).

Go ahead and post the title of the song and the name of the artist in your comments. I will try to track the song down on You Tube and put a link to it up on the actual blog post.  This may take a few days, especially if we get a lot of selections, but I will work on it as quickly as I can.  At some point, I’ll assemble everything into an actual playlist and post that link here so it’s easier to navigate than going from link to link on this page.

I’m hoping everyone has a “flowery” song or two (or more) to suggest – have fun submitting your choices and having a listen!
