Better late than never…my amaryllis is finally blooming!

  2. lovely! I didn’t ger an amaryllis this year, and missed the lovely blooms, thanks for sharing yours!

  3. They’re so gorgeous but I’ve never had any luck re-forcing the next year. I haven’t bought them in a while because the cats don’t know “NO”…or at least they give no indication of it.

    • They would definitely be a huge “cat attractant,” that’s for sure! (I guess most things are…). ;) I’m glad you mentioned re-forcing, because I aim to try it. I doubt I’ll have any luck, but I figure it’s worth a shot anyway.

  4. Beautiful! So delicate. I’ve never seen this variety.

  5. That is lovely! And timely, because my cats don’t know “no” either and my just-about-to-open amaryllis got smashed to the floor earlier this week. So thanks so much for sharing photos of yours. : )
